How To Protect Yourself From 5G Radiation

How to protect yourself from 5G radiation is easy (and cheap!) in one respect and not so easy (or cheap) in another.

5G radiation is so pervasive today that regardless of where you go i.e. the supermarket, the bookstore, to take your dog for a walk, to the local gym etc. you’re going to be exposed. Most routers today emit 5 GHz radio frequency (it used to be 2.4 GHz), so whether you’re talking 5G cellular coming from the towers and bouncing to your smart phone, or 5 GHz coming off your router, it’s still 5G and the accompanying negative health effects are the same.

If you’re not sure why this type of exposure is a bad thing yet, read this post first.

And if you’re already aware of the harm this microwave radiation is doing to our testosterone levels and fertility, not to mention other things, then I’m sure you would like to know how you can reduce your exposure.

Thankfully, I’ve found that it isn’t that hard to reduce your exposure when you’re home, but it definitely is much harder to reduce your exposure when you’re outside the home.

5 cheap ways to reduce your exposure to 5G radiation at home (contains Amazon affiliate links)

Reducing your exposure to 5G radiation at home is stupid easy. And after you experience how much better you feel, you’ll feel like a chooch for not thinking of this sooner.

1. Use a faraday cage over your router

When you’re at home, the main source of 5G exposure is coming from your Wi-Fi router.

That’s why I recommend using a makeshift faraday cage over, or around your router, depending on its shape, in order to neutralize the microwave radiation that’s coming off it.

If you feel like spending 60-70 dollars to buy a prefab faraday cage for your router on Amazon, go for it, but you certainly don’t have to. Try this instead.

I bought a 9 dollar metal desk organizer from Walmart that has a fine wire mesh on either side, meant to hold magazines, over my router and it works like a charm.

You could even make it work with aluminum insect screen from Home Depot and wrap that around your router. It will do the trick.

2. Cut a piece of insect screen to put inside your phone case

Don’t ask me how this works exactly, but I’ve found that cutting a piece of insect screen (costs $9 for a big roll at Home Depot) to put inside your phone case and then closing the case has the same effect as using a faraday cage on your router.

Of course, there’s less radiation coming from your smart phone than your router, but it’s still pinging signal all day when you have your Wi-Fi on. This is why even the smart phone manufacturers tell you to use ‘speaker’ instead of putting your phone up to your head when making a phone call as well as to avoid putting your phone in your pocket.

I was talking to a colleague who’s good friends with a doctor and this doctor told him he had a lot of patients coming to him complaining about testicle pain. In every case, he discovered that these patients were all putting their smart phones in their pockets.

A doctor or a scientist I am not. I just have a personality type that corresponds to being an early-adopter. All I can say is try this out and see for yourself. I think you’ll be amazed at how different just holding and using your smart phone feels after you do this.

In case you’re wondering which iPhone case I use, it’s the OtterBox Commuter, which has an inner and outer case, making it super easy to stick some aluminum insect screen in between and close it.

3. Cut a piece of insect screen to lay underneath your laptop and Wi-Fi enabled printer, next to your smart plug, or to stick behind your desktop computer

This works for the same reason that I can’t quite explain in the previous example. Somehow, the aluminum insect screen acts like a faraday cage, which blocks, mitigates, and neutralizes the effects of the 5G microwave radiation coming off of each of these Wi-Fi enabled devices

How do I know this? Because I’m what you would call sensitive to EMF (electro-magnetic fields) and could immediately feel a noticeable difference the instant I did this.

4. Instead of using bluetooth for your mouse, keyboard, or AirPods, get the wired-in ones (although wired-in headphones are also bad)

Bluetooth is also a form of EMF radiation that is effecting our health. Just because it’s called ‘Bluetooth’ doesn’t make it any different.

If you’re serious about eliminating electro-magnetic radiation from your immediate surroundings, then you need to think about using a wired-in USB connection for your keyboard and mouse as well as considering an alternative to using AirPods.

Unfortunately, from what I’ve found, a wired-in headphone also transmits EMF to your head, which is why I think Rush Limbaugh went deaf from all those years talking on the radio, so barring not using headphones at all, I don’t know how you would get around this one, except to use something called an air-tube headset.

5. Use aluminum blinds or window shades and consider EMF-blocking drapes or curtains

Metal attracts radio signal into it, which is what 5G is, so once you really start paying more attention to this, what you’ll notice is that you feel better when you’re standing in front of your window blinds compared to when you’re just walking around your house or apartment.

This is because this radio signal is not just coming from your router, it’s coming from your neighbor’s routers as well. This is why when you’re searching for available networks to connect to, your neighbor’s Wi-Fi networks also pop up.

With this in mind, you may want to look into EMF-blocking curtains and drapes, which contain metal in them, so you can block this radiation from coming into your home, at least in the areas you use them.

And this is where it gets really interesting. Because our neighbors also have Wi-Fi routers that are transmitting this EMF radiation, even after doing all of the above, we’re still going to be getting some amount of exposure, although much less.

Other considerations . . .

I don’t know how deep you want to get into this, but I thought I’d mention one other consideration, which is the 5G radiation effect on our body when we’re physically in contact with metal.

Whether it’s zippers on our pants, metal buttons on our jeans, necklaces, chains etc. if radio signal is attracted to metal, which it is, then we could be unknowingly channeling EMF into our bodies when our skin is touching these types of metal.

One thing we can do is put orthodontic rubber bands around the buttons on our jeans, which works well if you’re like me and wear button-fly jeans. Or, we can also just wear sweatpants and athletic clothes more often, which is easy enough for most of us meatheads anyway.

I also recommend wearing nylon military-style tactical belts instead of belts with a metal buckle. They’re cheaper, more comfortable and even look better too.

The other facet to this is the type of mattress you sleep on at night. A lot of older-style mattresses have metal coils and springs just underneath the cushion, which means your body is contact with them when you lay down. These metal springs can act like mini-conductors channeling 5G radiation into your body when you’re sleeping.

My wife and I lived in an apartment for two years when we were recently married and we slept on a metal coil mattress at night. We couldn’t figure out why we were both having such a hard time getting to sleep. It wasn’t until we bought a Puffy mattress (coil-less) that we started sleeping like freakin’ babies.

How to protect yourself from 5G radiation when you’re outside the home

This is the tricky part because 5G is everywhere now, no matter where you go.

You’re likely being exposed at your place of work as well as at the supermarket, not to mention a bunch of other places. We can control most of our exposure when we’re at home, but outside is a different story.

So, what can we do?

Well, there’s really only two things we can do to protect ourselves when we’re outside the house.

1. Inform and educate others to take action to protect themselves (so over time, we’re all more protected)

Since there’s practically zero public awareness surrounding this, we’re going to have to use every bit of our persuasive powers to make this an issue.

Like I’ve said before, we’re at the point the tobacco industry was back in the 1950’s before anyone knew smoking was bad. And, as we all know, it took years for us to get to where there’s now Surgeon’s Generals warnings on every pack of cigarettes.

So, I don’t expect the cell phone companies and internet service providers to exactly jump into action to solve this problem. Who knows? Maybe they’ve even known about it for a while, but have suppressed this information to avoid liability. It wouldn’t be the first time.

2. Try out some EMF-neutralizing products that are on the market right now to see if they really work

I ordered some Aires Tech products that I’m expecting to come in within the next week. I ordered the Peak Package, the one marketed towards fitness enthusiasts, which comes with two LifeTune Flex pendants and one LifeTune Zone Max device that’s supposed to neutralize 5G radiation within a 139 foot diameter.

I’ve heard some good things about these products, but I’m going to have to try these for myself to see if they really work or not. Expect a full review of these products soon.

Don’t be a naysayer until you try this yourself!

Alright bros, I hope you’re blessed by this information and that you use it to 5G-proof your house and immediate surroundings.

If you’re skeptical about what I’m saying, I totally get it. It’s definitely a little bit out there, but it costs you next to nothing to just try it and see what happens. The worst thing that could happen is nothing and the best thing that could happen is you start feeling much, much better.

I’m really curious as to what your experiences are. Let me know what happens by calling in and leaving a voicemail at 917-267-8590.
