Testing things out, still trying to my setup right, but this is a start.
I couldn’t work out the day before because my cousin asked me to help her move, so I was wiped after lifting very heavy objects for four hours straight. I felt like I ran three marathons back to back, so a workout would’ve felt like another hole in the head at that point.
Feeling more limber, starting to feel more energetic, let’s cumbersome to move around etc. Things are moving in the right direction.
