I’m posting this the day after and let me tell you, this workout was brutal for me. I’m feel sore all over and I’m going to do another workout today in the afternoon, the Sunday workout, and I’m going to have to go much easier because I couldn’t sleep last night, really. I think it was too much stress-induced cortisol pumping through my system.
That’s what I’ll do. I think I’ll make sure to do a warm down with some cardio on the elliptical after my workout today and hopefully, that should help with the cortisol. I am tired.
